oli monks - founder and ceo
Much of Oli’s initial motivation in supporting neurodiverse adults came through his brother Nicky, who is autistic.
Since then, Oli has supported autistic adults in pre-employment and the workplace through the organisation AS Mentoring.
Prior to this work, Oli’s background is in both entrepreneurship and corporate HR at Unilever.
Oli is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University Management School.
anna farley - inclusive design lead
Autistic artist, advocate and trainer, Anna has worked with organisations including the TATE and is the design lead for our NEU Spaces™.
Alongside this work, Anna has also founded the ‘Autography’ Project a fusing of analogue photography and individuals experiences of their autistic identities.
We’re growing and are excited to build our Advisory Board which already includes neurodiversity experts and Will Akerman, CEO of MyKindaFuture, who work with over 80 FTSE companies to support emerging talent in the UK.
